Emmanuel Belliveau | CEO, Product & Design

For over 15 years Emmanuel Belliveau has been designing everything from leather goods, to jewelry, to furniture and most notably, homes. Emmanuel is from New Brunswick. He began his design career in Vancouver at FNDA Architecture and now calls Toronto home. Since the premier of My Parents House on HGTV in 2005, Emmanuel has shared his creative and fun spirit on Discovery Channel's World's Greenest Homes, numerous guest spots on TV in between and most recently, a role on Save our Shelter on The CW in LA. Always up for adventure, Emmanuel traveled several times to Uganda to design and develop a wellness center in Uganda for women and children.

Recent changes in the Toronto City bylaws surrounding laneway housing sparked his interest as it is as a huge opportunity given Toronto's housing vacancy situation. He founded Eva Lanes (Eva, is short for Evangeline, his mother - she always wanted to get into real estate) as a full service real estate development product for those seeking an easy way to assess, permit, design, and build their own laneway suite.

Chris Loftus | Builder

Chris received his Master of Architecture from UBC in 1999. Since that time he has been working in construction as both a designer and a builder.

The company he founded in 1999, Method Homes, currently boasts a staff of 25 craftsmen, project managers and administrators. Focussing on residential construction in the core of Toronto, the company handles large and complex renovations and new home construction.

Chris’ interest in applying best practices in residential construction to high end design has cemented the reputation of Method Homes within the Toronto design community as a first tier builder with an eye for detail and quality.

Method Homes brings its broad experience with Toronto residential construction as a Renomark Certified builder to the Eva Lanes team as the lead builder partner.

Simon West | In House Design

Starting in Italy, Simon West has over 20 years experience in the design and construction industry, working in Miami, Shanghai, and Toronto. He is the qualified residential designer of over 100 homes on HGTV’s Love it or List it and Income Properties. He has acquired hundreds of building permits for clients in the GTA and is the ideal member to be the design consultant for EvaLanes.

David Benson | Interior Millwork

David's 14 year career started at The Woodworking Center of Ontario, one of the top schools in the world located in the city of Kitchener. Shortly after graduation he set down roots in Toronto and began collaborating with the design community.

His company Grown Design focuses on custom millwork, furniture and casework. They work business to business with many of Toronto's great designers and builders. You'll find Grown's work in places like the Shangri La, Google offices, OLG, Wilbur Mexicana and private residences across the city of Toronto. And now, David is the lead millwork consultant and manufacturer to Evalanes.

LOVE FORM is an Italian architectural and interior design studio borne to meet the needs of the growing market demand in the area of small space luxury living.
